The winding forms of the blocks are leading us around the complex matching to the slope elevation and the terrain’s natural forms, the allocation being designed in view of maximum use of the space and the panorama (the views). The design is securing easy access from all points of the complex to the pool, the beach and the other zones and services, which we offer: Spa-centre, fitness, restaurants, shops, reception, etc., all that subject to the idea maximum conveniences to be offered to our clients.

The concept of the complex is to offer all conveniences, which are at the disposal of a small seacoast settlement, and the client may enjoy his stay without the necessity to leave it, if he should wish so. It has gardens and inner square, where one could take a walk and where the children may play freely.

Assigning the project, we were lead by the clear consciousness of the necessity of an innovative effort for the implementation of technologies allowing the usage in the most rational way of unrenewable natural resources, as well as that the construction systems should be changed by the application of new techniques with more durable materials, which at the same time could be used again and recycled in view of achieving a sustainable structure, or the so called high ecology qualities buildings.

Regarding the environment – the aspects were studied very carefully as of the environment impact, as well as the visual impact, envisaging planting all over the complex area as on the street level, as well as on the facade in order the complex to be imbedded in the best possible way in the surrounding landscape, as well as the most suitable, complied with the region flower solutions. We should point out that all state norms of construction works and waste management had been complied with.

Regarding water treatment – the complex shall have sewerage system and water pumps, which shall transfer the waters to the newly built water treatment plant.
